You might want to swim together in the pool or dish some choice gossip in the sauna or steam room. If you're feeling more athletic, many of our spas have a gymnasium and some even include aerobics classes.
Please note that the spas in our network have a policy that under-16s may not be admitted, so this experience is for grown-up daughters only!

The Mother & Daughter Pamper Day is available seven days a week in your choice of 242 luxury health spas nationwide. To book a venue and a date, just make your purchase online and you'll receive a gift pack in the post within five working days. The gift pack contains a 'phone number you can call to make your booking.
