If you're feeling more athletic, many of our spas have a gymnasium and some even include aerobics classes.
Please note that the spas in our network have a policy that under-16s may not be admitted, so this experience is for grown-up daughters only!

To book a venue and a date, just make your purchase online and you'll receive a gift pack in the post within five working days.
