Spa Deluxe is owned and operated exclusively by inframes.com ltd, Huntingdon House, 35 Field Road, Reading, RG1 6AP (established 1999). All our pamper day packages are provided courtesy of Spa Seekers Ltd, Jastan House, 40 Moor Street, Coventry, CV5 6EQ. Spa Deluxe operates as an agent for Spa Seekers Ltd. Any credit card transactions initiated by the Spa Deluxe website will be processed by Spa Seekers. You will receive your gift pack from Spa Seekers and Spa Seekers will be responsible for making your booking and honouring your voucher. The following terms and conditions are set by Spa Seekers and apply to any transaction initiated by the Spa Deluxe website.
Gift Voucher
Vouchers MUST be presented to the Spa reception, on arrival before you commence your Pamperday.
The Pamper day
The description of the pamper day is correct at the time of promotion on our website. Spa Seekers reserve the right to make alterations without notice. Should the Pamperday be cancelled by the Spa you will be notified ASAP. Spa Seekers liability is limited to the re-booking of the experience for an alternative date, regretfully refunds are not possible.
Packages & Additional treatment
The Gift Voucher MUST be redeemed for the package that is printed on the front side of the voucher. Additional treatments can be scheduled on redemption.
Expiry
The Expiry date is printed on the voucher. The expiry date may be extended for a further 6 months upon payment of £25 (plus any increase in package cost). The voucher must be extended before the expiry date and can be extended only once.
Refunds
Spa Seekers will offer a refund within 14 days of purchase. After this date vouchers are non-refundable. Except for circumstances when we are unable to comply with our own terms.
Cancellations
In case of late cancellations or non-arrivals, the terms of the Spa will apply. It is advisable that you ask for these terms on booking, in the unfortunate event you have to cancel.
Loss of voucher
In the event of a lost Gift Voucher, Spa Seekers will issue another voucher pack with a covering letter confirming what has been bought. We cannot however issue a replacement voucher. Spa Seekers will then personally handle your reservation through to booking.
Complaints
The pamper day is fulfilled by the Spa and not Spa Seekers. Every effort has been made to monitor the service and facilities of the Spas that administer our Pamper days. If you have a complaint during the day please bring it to the attention of the Spa Manager so they can address the issue immediately.
Payments
There is a nominal £1 transaction for all credit and debit card payments.
Amendments to booking
Amendments to any reservation will incur a £5 administration charge per person.
Discontinued packages
In the event of a discontinued venue, package or price increase the intrinsic value of the Gift Voucher will be credited towards other pamper days featured on the Spa Deluxe website.
