How it Works There are three easy steps to booking you pamper day. First, you need to choose a pamper day that's right for you. All of our packages give you full use of your chosen spa's facilities all day long and a light lunch is always included. On top of that, you'll have a choice of treatments, always administered by trained professionals. Our basic package is the Mini Pamper Day, which can be upgraded to the Deluxe Pamper Day or, best of all, the Supreme Pamper Day. For couples we've got the Lovers' Pamper Day and there's also the Mother & Daughter Pamper Day. Second, purchase your pamper day securely online and then wait for the postman. In three to five days, you will receive an information pack and a voucher valid for six months from date of issue. Next-day delivery is available (see our delivery page). Third, when your information pack arrives, telephone the number provided to book your pamper day. You don't need to choose your destination today - you're free to choose any of the 242 health spa locations available, but you can see a complete list here. You can choose from the following two voucher types: A Weekday "restrictive" voucher pack, which can only be redeemed between Mondays and Thursdays, or the Weekend "non-restrictive" voucher, which can be used seven days a week, including bank holidays.
