How do I make a booking?
If you'd like to go ahead and purchase your pamper day, please do so securely online and then simply wait for the postman. In three to five days, you will receive an information pack and a voucher valid for six months from date of issue (next-day delivery is available for an extra charge). When your information pack arrives, you can telephone the number provided and the customer services representative will help you to plan your day out.
Is there a discount for group bookings?
Yes, we give a discount for Mini Pamper Days and Deluxe Pamper Days. For every four people in your group, £25 will be deducted from the total. You don't need to enter a code or anything - just add four Pamper Days to your "trolley" and the discount will magically appear at the checkout.
I would like to book a pamper day on my Mum's 60th birthday, which is April 16 2009. How can I be sure that date is available?
Use the Contact page to let us know which location you were interested in visiting. We don't make a confirmed booking for you until you have received your voucher package in the post, but we can check availability in advance if you give us one or more dates.
What happens if the date I want isn't available?
With our voucher scheme, you can choose from more than 200 spas in 133 towns and cities in the UK, so you can be sure there will be something suitable. And, if necessary, your six-month voucher can be extended for an additional six months.

Can I book a Mother & Two Daughters Pamper Day?
Yes. Buy the Mother & Daughter Pamper Day and a Mini Pamper Day. When you book your visit to your chosen spa, simply explain that you will be a party of three.
The only thing you should note is that our Mother & Daughter day is "unrestricted" (ie. you can use it on weekends and, at some spas, bank holidays) while the standard Mini Pamper Day is restricted to Monday-Thursday (not including bank holidays). You can purchase an unrestricted Mini Pamper Day package for a small surcharge.
I'd like to take my daughter for a pamper day but she's under 16. Is there anything you can do?
The spas in our network have a policy that under-16s cannot be admitted. When you choose your location, we can ask that an exception be made but we are not aware of this having been successful in the past.
Can pregnant women have a Pamper Day?
Yes. We have no special pamper packages for mums-to-be, but as long as the venue is aware in advance, most of them will modify treatments to suit pregnant ladies, although most spas recommend that no treatments be given if under 13 weeks. When your information pack arrives, you can telephone the number provided and this will be your chance to explain that you are expecting.
Is it okay to go on a Mother & Daughter Pamper Day with someone who isn't my mum?
Sure. The package is perfectly suitable for any two women who want to spend a day being pampered together. We won't check your birth certificate at the door!
Can I make a booking for January 11 as a birthday treat?
You could be cutting it a little fine to book a pamper day with us before January 27. Please contact us to check availability - most quality spas are fully-booked several days in advance, even for weekday treatments. Weekends and holidays can be booked up weeks in advance, so it's a good idea to plan at least three weeks ahead.
What credit and debit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. We also accept payment by Switch, Maestro and Delta debit cards. Switch is sometimes also known as Solo. When you reach the checkout, please note that you should select "Switch" if you have a Maestro card or "Visa" if you have a Delta card. Sorry, we currently do not accept American Express or Diners Club.
